To support China's "Dual-Carbon" strategy, Junda Steel Pipe drives green intelligent manufacturing with an industry-leading production line. We integrate 7 precision cold rolling mills, 7 cold drawing machines, 4 straightening machines, 2 fully automated solution heat treatment lines, 6 intelligent pickling systems, and multiple high-precision hydraulic and CNC equipment to establish a closed-loop production chain from raw material to finished pipe. Every steel pipe is born in a clean, precise, and traceable smart manufacturing process — where craftsmanship embodies sustainable development, and precision defines the future of industry.

To ensure every steel pipe embodies ultimate reliability and commitment, Junda Steel Pipe has established an industry-leading independent inspection centre. We are equipped with a range of high-precision testing instruments, including German direct-reading spectrometers, fully automated UT-ET dual flaw detection systems, hydraulic pressure testing machines, universal material testing machines, and pipe internal visual inspection systems. Our centre also possesses comprehensive physical and chemical analysis capabilities, covering impact testing across four temperature zones from –196°C to room temperature, high-magnification metallographic microscopy, and intergranular corrosion testing.

The centre operates under a proprietary inspection system, with all testing personnel professionally certified. Currently, our team includes 5 intermediate UT inspectors, 2 intermediate ET inspectors, and 2 intermediate eddy current inspectors. With rigorous visual scrutiny and data-driven verification, we safeguard every stage of quality—from raw material to finished product.
