Privacy Policy
Last updated: · English
This policy explains how Zhejiang Junda Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. handles information when you browse the Junda Pipe website or contact us through it. It covers all language versions, product and application pages, articles, resources and enquiry forms on jundapipe.com, including www.jundapipe.com and our go.jundapipe.com link service.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Zhejiang Junda Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. operates this site and is the contact for information collected through it. Where applicable privacy law uses the term, it is the data controller for this website activity.
The site also identifies Prime Junda Pipe Trading L.L.C in the UAE. If you contact that business or direct an enquiry to its team, the relevant personnel may handle your information to respond. A quotation or contract will identify the company responsible for that transaction.
2. What information does the site process?
- Enquiries: first name, last name and email address; optional phone number, company, country or region, product selections, application, quantity, dimensions, standards or inspection requirements, target delivery date, preferred follow-up and any message you provide.
- Correspondence: information you send by email, telephone or a linked messaging service, including documents you choose to share during follow-up.
- Technical requests: your IP address and request metadata are processed by the hosting and security services to deliver pages, protect the site and limit abusive form submissions.
- Usage information: page visits, language, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, and interactions such as enquiry starts, submission outcomes and clicks on contact or AI links, depending on your analytics settings.
Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the website form.
3. Why do we use information?
We use enquiry information to answer questions, review technical requirements, prepare quotations and arrange requested follow-up. We use technical information to operate and secure the site, and usage information to understand which content and contact routes help visitors.
Where a legal basis is required, handling a requested quotation may involve steps before a contract; routine business correspondence and security may involve legitimate interests; legal recordkeeping may involve legal obligations. Consent applies where required for a particular activity. This policy does not itself request consent or replace any consent required by law.
4. Cookies, analytics and your choices
Google Analytics 4: on the production domain, analytics is enabled by default for visitors outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland. For visitors in those regions, analytics is loaded only after you allow it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics is not loaded. Use Analytics settings in the footer to allow or reject analytics at any time. An explicit choice is saved in local storage for that browser and site origin.
To decide whether to ask first, the site reads the two-letter country code Cloudflare derives from your IP address. The code is used only for that decision in your browser and is not sent to Google Analytics. If the country cannot be determined, the site asks before loading analytics.
When enabled, Google Analytics can set _ga and property-specific _ga_* cookies. The site records canonical page paths, titles, language and limited interaction or campaign values. Our analytics events do not include contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the site configuration.
Declining stops further site analytics events and attempts to remove the site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not recall data already sent. Clearing browser storage removes the saved preference, so you may need to decline again. Browser privacy controls and Google's Analytics opt-out tool provide additional options. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Cloudflare: Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security. The live site also includes Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and performance measurement. Cloudflare describes this measurement as cookieless; it is separate from the Google Analytics control above. Hosting and security requests still reach Cloudflare when Google Analytics is declined. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
You can manage or block cookies and local storage through your browser. Some security or preference functions may then work differently. The public site does not require a customer account or online payment.
5. Who receives information?
Enquiries are made available to the Junda personnel who handle sales, technical questions or requested follow-up. The website sends submitted enquiries through Cloudflare's email service to our business mailbox, hosted through Google Workspace. Hosting, security, email and analytics providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or as necessary to protect legal rights and investigate abuse. The website has no feature for selling enquiry information or enrolling you in an advertising mailing list.
6. External links, WhatsApp and AI assistants
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and other linked sites apply their own terms and privacy policies. Our short links may take you to those services. Information you give them is handled under their policies.
The ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok buttons open external services with a prepared question containing public Junda website links and your selected language. The question does not include your contact-form entries. The external provider may associate your use with its own account, cookies or device data. Do not submit confidential project or personal information to an AI service unless you are authorised to do so.
7. International processing, retention and security
Junda operates in China and has a UAE business contact, while its service providers operate internationally. Depending on your enquiry and the services used, information may be processed outside your country, where privacy rules can differ. Applicable transfer requirements remain relevant; contact us if you need details about a particular enquiry or destination.
Enquiry correspondence may remain in business mailboxes and related business records for follow-up, contract administration, legal obligations or disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and those purposes; this website does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Provider retention and backup schedules also apply to information held in their systems. You may request deletion or ask about the retention of your enquiry.
The site uses HTTPS, form validation and submission rate limits. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee the security of every internet transmission or email. Use an agreed secure channel for confidential documents.
8. Privacy requests and complaints
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to exceptions, including legal recordkeeping obligations.
Contact us using the details below. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will consider requests within the time limits required by applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator, including your local supervisory authority where that right applies.
This industrial business website is intended for professional users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to request review and removal where appropriate.
9. Updates and contact
We will update this page when the described practices change and revise the date above. This English policy covers the entire site; translated navigation does not change its scope.
