1. Website information and sales contracts

The site provides company information, product catalogues, application examples, technical articles and a way to request information or quotations. Browsing a page or submitting an enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock, establish a delivery commitment or create a sales contract.

Prices, availability, grade, dimensions, tolerances, standards, inspection, certification, delivery, payment and warranty terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or agreement with the identified seller. Zhejiang Junda Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Prime Junda Pipe Trading L.L.C are separately named businesses on the site; do not assume either is the contracting party without confirmation. A separately agreed contract governs the relevant supply transaction.

2. Technical content and suitability

Product descriptions, diagrams, photographs, certificates and articles are general information. They may describe a particular product, process, sample, date or version and do not establish that every product has every stated capability or approval.

Confirm the current specification, certificate scope and required inspection documents with Junda before ordering. The buyer and its qualified advisers remain responsible for assessing application requirements, engineering design, operating conditions, installation and compliance with applicable rules. Website content is not a project-specific engineering approval or a substitute for the relevant standard.

Translations and summaries can omit context. If a language version, article or downloaded document appears inconsistent, request clarification before relying on it. AI-generated answers from linked services are not Junda quotations, certifications or technical commitments.

3. Permitted use of content

You may browse the site and download or share reasonable extracts for evaluating Junda products, preparing enquiries or internal technical reference. Keep source attribution, copyright notices and relevant qualifications with any extract, and link to the source when practical.

Unless permission or applicable law allows it, do not republish substantial portions of the site, sell its content, remove ownership notices or use company marks in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation. Junda and third-party names, logos, photographs, documents and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Machine-readable resources make public information easier to reference; they do not grant a licence to misrepresent the company or its products.

4. Acceptable use and enquiries

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malware, impersonate another person, send spam or operate automated requests that disrupt the service. Respect published access rules and third-party rights.

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Junda may use an enquiry to respond and arrange requested follow-up as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your documents or create a confidentiality agreement. Arrange confidentiality and a suitable transmission method before sending sensitive project material.

5. Third-party services and links

Links to messaging services, social networks, standards organisations, AI assistants or other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link or logo does not mean that the external provider endorses Junda or that Junda approves every statement it generates or publishes.

You decide whether to use an external service and what information to give it. Verify externally generated technical or commercial statements directly with Junda before relying on them.

6. Availability, corrections and responsibility

We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and features. We aim to provide useful information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is complete, current or free from error. Report a suspected error through the contact details below.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its general information are provided as available, without an implied warranty of suitability for a particular project. Junda is not responsible for loss caused by relying on unconfirmed website information or by independent third-party services to the extent such responsibility may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Product warranties and responsibility under an agreed supply contract remain governed by that contract and applicable law.

7. Applicable law, changes and questions

Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights and obligations. These website terms do not select a court or arbitration forum or override the governing-law and dispute provisions of a separately agreed contract. Please contact Junda first about a website-related concern so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date and apply to subsequent use of the site, subject to applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. This English text covers all language versions of the site.
